Happy Fall

I know a lot of you are happy that fall is here because many have said so in their posts. It is already getting much cooler in some parts of the country and you're thinking winter is just around the corner. In fact, snow has already fallen in some areas. Here where we live it is just now getting comfortably cooler. And I love it. Fall is my favorite time of the year. Personally I'm not a fan of Halloween but it is coming up in a few days. After that Thanksgiving will be just around the corner, and I am a fan of Thanksgiving. I know that not everyone who shares with us on this blog lives in the U.S. and your holidays are not the same as ours. I am so pleased that even people in other parts of the world can communicate and share with us. There are many things that are not so good about the world wide web, but there is also much good and I am thankful for that. I'm thankful for each person who discovers Spiritual Sundays and chooses to share with us. As I've said before, everybody is welcome. WELCOME BACK

Good morning everybody. I can't wait to tell you about the beautiful award that was delivered yesterday by UPS. Most of you participated in the Miracle Makeover for Charlie a few weeks ago. Spiritual Sundays was blessed to be chosen by Design Gives Back to participate in that amazing campaign. This was the second year Spiritual Sundays was involved in the Miracle Makeover. This year for Charlie, last year for Colette. The beautiful crystal angel was a gift from Kelee Katillac last year. Thank you so much, Kelee, for both of these beautiful awards and for the privilege of being a part of your Miracle Makeovers.

It is difficult to photograph crystal. Here is another shot so you can read what is inscribed.

I want to again thank all of you who shared and commented the week of the Miracle Makeover. Without you and others like you, it would not have been possible. If you are not familiar with Design Gives Back, I hope you will check it out. It is truly inspiring. Here is the link:

I love crystal. Did you notice the crystal bell? We went to a memorial service a couple of weeks ago for a lovely lady who was  member of our former church. She had a large bell collection and each person at the service received one of her bells. At the end of the service all the bells were ringing, and then we were told we could keep them. I think this was so nice. She had all kinds of bells from all over the world. I chose the crystal one. Now when I see/ring this little bell, I think of Sammie.
