I'm happy to welcome you back to Spiritual Sundays. This Sunday is an extra special day for me because it is my birthday. For my birthday, I want to give you all a gift of hope, peace, and joy. No, I suppose those things are not for me to give, but they can be and are my prayer for you.

ReplyDeleteYou mentioned wanting people to share blessings. In church Sunday our district representative in DC was with us. She gave her testimony, and then talked about faith in government (rather the way faith works). It was so moving to hear that there are Congresspeople and Representatives from both sides of the aisle that meet together on Tuesdays in Rm 219 to pray. They pray for the upcoming votes, for the government and leaders, for a spiritual uprising in our nation...it was so very heartening.
